Thank you for helping me
find who it is I really am
and setting me fully free.

You showed me happiness,
kindness, and true friendship;
instead if pain and sadness.

I once was negative and
dark about everything,
now my life seems to be a dream land.

Today I smiled during pain,
cause of all the sweet things you said.
Then I danced in the rain.

Joy and fun fill my life
now and its so much
better then the old internal strife.
